Air Handler, Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement
Location: Palatka, Florida
Scope included metal fabrication, cold fluid applied waterproofing, roofing, and overhead coiling doors. The project called for the replacement of underground and above-ceiling sanitary piping. Work required the demolition of piping and coils for the existing AHU in the mechanical room. New RTU and associated components, chiller, and cooling tower were installed. All chilled water system upgrades such as necessary piping and pumps were included.
