Pre-Construction Services
With your assistance, DS Contracting will take a personal and active role in planning your project. During this phase, we take full responsibility as your Construction Manager, to ensure that all tasks are addressed and completed. Critical to the project’s success, much time must be spent in determining the Owner’s expectations. DS Contracting will visit and note all existing conditions. With our expertise, we are able to generate a constructability analysis and with this tool, we are able to minimize rising costs and schedule changes. With our experience and essential relationships, we are able to realize a budget by assessing the scope of work, subcontractors' pricing for material and labor, and required permitting. Along with this, creating a schedule based on the coordination of all aspects of construction will lead to accomplishing deadlines- thereby resulting in a successful and purposeful project.
Design-Build
At DS Contracting we pride ourselves on relationships. It’s through these relationships we excel at this delivery method. You, as the Owner will be responsible for only one contract with a single point of contact. DS Contracting and the Architect or Engineer will work together from the beginning, as a team, providing unified recommendations to fit your schedule and budget. Ultimately, the method of Design-Build will save time and money by encouraging innovation and collaboration.
Construction Managment
We understand how this can be exciting but at times stressful. Utilizing this delivery method, DS Contracting will take full advantage of facilitating planning, coordination, and control of your project from inception to completion. Having a clear vision of your project, we control budgets, initiate cost-saving ideas, reduce unnecessary risk and ensure all required parties communicate.
