Converted and renovated a holding/storage area into a Hybrid OR/Cath Lab space. Both mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded. The Operating Room has its own dedicated Air Handler Unit, and a CRAC unit to cool down all the third-party equipment. The scope also called for the installation of a new Med-Gas system that is integrated into the Stryker Booms.
