Provided Construction Management services for replacing the packaged rooftop unit that serves the dining area of the cafeteria. Includes the existing kitchen hood exhaust fan and the makeup air supply fan. Upgraded existing controls and EMS for temperature and humidity. Also provided temperature sensors for walk-in cooler and freezer.
