New construction of a 68’ x 68’ helipad.  The work included site work, fencing, landscaping, fire protection and electrical.

The Transplant Institute of Florida at Largo Medical Center Heliport became a priority due to the increasing volume of organ transplants over the past two years.    Positioned in front of the hospital, the helipad consists of an asphalt landing pad, enclosed fence, high-intensity lighting, a fire suppression system in case of an accidental fire, and a home beacon electrical lighting system to help guide landings.  The helipad is scheduled to start operation in April 2020.
