Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement & MEP Infrastructure
Location: Largo, Florida
The project required an extensive setup of ICRA on multiple floors and areas for the RTUs. Work included the demolition of (2) existing cooling towers and replaced with (1) new cooling tower. Installed new (2) chillers, (6) AHUs, and switchgear. Concrete, steel, framing, stucco, doors, paint, and landscaping was also needed.
